Who is the WHO?

According to its website, ‘the WHO is the United Nations agency that connects nations, partners and people to promote health, keep the world safe and serve the vulnerable – so everyone, everywhere can attain the highest level of health.’ 

My journey

I qualified as an allopathic medical doctor more than three-and-a-half decades ago (how time flies!) at the University of Natal's medical school in Durban, South Africa. As a medical student I always wondered why there is such an overwhelming number of sick people in the world, and after qualifying I searched for the answers, although 'superficially’ due to time constraints and many other commitments.  But then my research 'went stratospheric' when I had an eye-opening corporate and consequent legal experience which generated several questions in my mind. This set me off on an amazing and very rewarding research journey which spanned several areas including the globalist agenda, leadership and organizational culture, the subconscious mind, stress elimination, the global health crisis and optimal health and wellness among others.

Upon embarking on this unintended journey, I had no idea that several books, programs, websites and even a television appearance would materialize! The idea of writing a book about the experience sprang to mind not too long after the search for the answers to those initial questions began. Having not written nor published a book previously (except for my master’s thesis, but then ownership of this is claimed by the university of course) I initially wondered what this would be like. However, having completed my thesis on organizational culture I felt I could do it. And so, my first book (which actually turned out to be a book about corporate culture in general with fictional characters and not the intended one about my real-life experience) was published in 2005. I initially titled it, ‘Not as Soft as You Think – What You Should Know About Organizational Culture’ then changed it to 'Corporate Culture is Not as Soft as You Think.' 

 A Global Health Crisis

Now being a medical doctor and having been at the coalface of the health crisis, at least in South Africa, since my days as a medical student, I always wondered why those tasked with solving this tragic situation locally in this country and also around the world, including the medical profession, seemed completely incapable of doing so, especially given the incredible suffering and countless deaths resulting from it. In fact, the thing that struck me as a medical student when I first walked into the teaching hospital was the many, many sick people there. So many in fact that patients had to lay on the floor! In any case, although I did not have the depth of insight into the crisis during my early years as a doctor and prior to my research journey, I knew something had to be done, at least at the level of private primary healthcare delivery in which I was involved. My experience in general practice, especially with chronically ill people never being cured and my professional life and practice being controlled by the unacceptable third-party payer medical aid system, and other destructive technocratic forces, intensified the need to do something. And it was an attempt at doing this ‘something’ that I left my well-established medical practice to join the corporation. And the rest is history as the saying goes. And that history includes setting up a Health and Wellness Institute more than ten years ago.

The Global Burden of Disease Study, the largest analysis of global health trends, from 1990 to 2013 found that only 4% of the global population experienced no health problems in 2013 while a third, or 2.3 billion people, were burdened with more than five health problems each. This Global Burden of Disease study, published in the medical journal, The Lancet, showed beyond any doubt that the world’s population is getting sicker. I don’t know who funded this 2013 study, but the latest study, GBD 2019, was funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. The reader can decide for himself or herself as to the reliability of the information and data provided therein. In any case, following the rollout of the toxic covid 'vaccines', this crisis has no doubt increased significantly given that billions have been injected with poisons. I would be surprised if this is not the case.

There are many aspects to this global health crisis and a key factor in its perpetuation is the current Disease Management Model of allopathic medicine. Sadly, this model has been completely ineffective in solving the crisis. In fact, it is an inherent part of the problem! There are two aspects of the crisis that stand out in particular viz. cost and affordability of healthcare and chronic diseases.

Cost and Affordability of Healthcare

Costs are completely out of control and many people are no longer able to afford healthcare at all. The situation is so extreme that according to the World Health Organization, “100 million people a year are pushed into poverty by their medical bills”! This is a tragic situation, and it would be prudent to pay close attention to the words of Dr. Margaret Chan, Director-General of the World Health Organization, who said "No one in need of health care should have to risk financial ruin as a result." It seems both these quotes have been scrubbed from the internet. I came across them quite a few years ago when researching the global health crisis.

In South Africa, hospitalization costs have been blamed for driving this country’s healthcare inflation. According to the Council for Medical Schemes' (CMS) 2013 Annual Report, Total Medical Scheme Expenditure was R112.5 billion with total hospital costs amounting to R39.7 billion of this amount (the lion’s share was paid to private hospitals) while specialists claimed R27.5 billion. While the private sector covers about 8 million people (16% of the population) about 42 million people (84% of the population) rely on the public healthcare sector for their healthcare needs. The bulk of the public health funding comes from South Africa's National Treasury, which allocated R121-billion for this purpose in 2012/2013. Given this ridiculous situation, it is not surprising then that the Minister of Health said that "prices in private health care are abnormal and unacceptable." It seems this quote has also been scrubbed.

Chronic Diseases

Regarding chronic diseases, we face the sad and tragic reality of a worsening pandemic despite the fact that most of them are preventable and even reversible and curable. These include, amongst others, diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension (high blood pressure), heart disease, mental health conditions, asthma, obesity and cancer. According to a statistically-shocking report published by the Chronic Diseases Initiative in Africa and the Burden of Disease Research Unit, South Africans are getting unhealthier. They are fatter, less active, and at greater risk than ever for chronic diseases and also dying slowly from them. And a similar situation exists in many other parts of the world. The situation is so grave that it was projected that by 2020 the number of deaths from chronic diseases worldwide will total more than fifty million. 

The WHO - A Globalist Deception

We have seen that the WHO describes itself as ‘the United Nations agency that connects nations, partners and people to promote health, keep the world safe and serve the vulnerable – so everyone, everywhere can attain the highest level of health.’ 

Given that the world has been experiencing a worsening health crisis, has become increasingly dangerous and its population increasingly vulnerable for many decades now, it is clear that the WHO has been a complete failure in achieving its goal of getting everyone, everywhere to attain the highest level of health. On the other hand, given that the WHO is a globalist institution run by diabolical minds whose modus operandi is deception, and whose globalist agenda clearly seeks to disempower the world’s people and depopulate the planet, the worsening health crisis, increasing danger in the world and increasing vulnerability of the global population is evidence that the WHO has not been a failure in achieving its goals but in fact has been a resounding success. The planet is run by satanists who invert everything. In this instance health is sickness and the goal is to get everyone, everywhere to be chronically sick and dying.

The Globalist Agenda for a New World Order and the Technocratic Takeover of Healthcare

I discuss these crucial issues in my article, ‘The NHI, Pseudo medicine and the Technocratic Takeover and Militarization of Healthcare.’ In it I state that, ‘How Technocrats are Taking Over the Practice of Medicine’ is a 22-page White Paper written in 2005 by Twila Brase, President of Citizen’s Council on Health Care and mention that it was also in 2005 that I submitted a paper to the South African Medical Association, of which I was a member at the time, proposing a new model for the delivery of primary healthcare in the private sector. Amendments to the International Health Regulations and the Pandemic Treaty

The technocratic takeover of healthcare is taking place worldwide. The WHO International Pandemic Treaty and Amendments to the International Health Regulations testify to this. This article titled, ‘Transforming WHO into a Public-Health Technocracy,’ states:

In the name of preventing and fighting pandemics, the Biden administration and international entities are negotiating an agreement that would establish a public-health technocracy. The proposed treaty, known as the “WHO Convention, Agreement or Other International Instrument on Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness and Response” — or WHO CA+, for short — would transform WHO from a purely advisory organization into one with regulatory power to enact international public policies.

The WHO CA+ specifically centralizes public-health power into the WHO. From the current draft of the proposed treaty:

Central role of WHO – As the directing and coordinating authority on global health, and the leader of multilateral cooperation in global health governance, WHO is fundamental to strengthening pandemic prevention, preparedness, response and recovery of health systems.

The WHO director-general would be granted the power to “declare pandemics,” at which point emergency provisions of the treaty to impose public-health policies would go into effect:

Recognizing the central role of WHO as the directing and coordinating authority on international health work, and mindful of the need for coordination with regional organizations, entities in the United Nations system and other intergovernmental organizations, the WHO Director-General shall, in accordance with terms set out herein, declare pandemics.

The WHO would be able to dictate policies if international consensus were not obtained by a vote of the two presidents and four vice presidents of the WHO CA+ (my emphasis here and subsequently):

The Officers of the Parties, as the administrative organ of the Governing Body, shall: (a) be composed of two Presidents, four Vice-Presidents and two rapporteurs, serving in their individual capacity and elected by the COP for XX years; and (b) endeavour to make decisions by consensus; however, if efforts to reach consensus are deemed by the Presidents to be unavailing, decisions may be taken by voting by the President and Vice-Presidents.

The International Court of Justice would also be granted decisive power:

When ratifying, accepting, approving, formally confirming or acceding to the WHO CA+, or at any time thereafter, a Party may declare in writing to the Depositary that, for a dispute not resolved in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Article, it accepts, as compulsory ipso facto and without special agreement, in relation to any Party accepting the same obligation: (i) submission of the dispute to the International Court of Justice; and/or (ii) ad hoc arbitration in accordance with procedures to be adopted by consensus by the Governing Body.

What powers would WHO be granted?  It would centralize pandemic planning and response into itself:

The WHO Global Pandemic Supply Chain and Logistics Network (the “Network”) is hereby established. . . . The Parties shall support the Network’s development and operationalization, and participate in the Network, within the framework of WHO, including through sustaining it in inter-pandemic times as well as appropriate scale-up in the event of a pandemic.

WHO could also eviscerate existing intellectual-property rights:

In the event of a pandemic, the Parties: (a) will take appropriate measures to support time-bound waivers of intellectual property rights that can accelerate or scale up manufacturing of pandemic-related products during a pandemic, to the extent necessary to increase the availability and adequacy of affordable pandemic-related products.

The treaty would also allow centralized control over discourse and debate:

Cutting off the Head of the Snake in Geneva

This is the title of a documentary mentioned in an article which states the following:

Pascal Najadi, a public figure, international strategic banker for crisis management, opinion leader, political analyst and producer from Switzerland, published a documentary “Cutting off the Head of the Snake in Geneva“, calling on Western international intergovernmental organizations to stop interfering in the internal affairs of the country. The blogger is convinced that the World Health Organization, the World Economic Forum and the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization, to which the Swiss government has granted diplomatic immunity, should be deprived of the right to dictate terms to the whole world.

Pascal Najadi, a famous Swiss public figure and opinion leader, blogger and investment banker who has personally advised governments in Central Europe, Russia, Central Asia, Africa and the Middle East, released his own documentary short film on October 20, 2023, which criticizes the excessive influence of international intergovernmental organizations on Swiss politics. As argued in “Cutting off the Head of the Snake in Geneva“, Swiss city commonly regarded as the world’s diplomatic and banking center, has become a center of global evil, harboring a number of international organizations and alliances that are harmful not only to Switzerland, but to humanity as a whole.

Commenting on the actions of the World Health Organization, the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization, the World Trade Organization and the World Economic Forum, Najadi called for stripping the employees of these organizations of the diplomatic immunity with which they were kindly granted by the Swiss government. The public figure and opinion leader is convinced that over several decades of existence, Western organizations present in Europe have lost their credibility and have been implicated in serious crimes for which they should be immediately arrested. In particular, Najadi condemned WHO’s propaganda of mass vaccination of the population during the coronavirus pandemic when the effects of the vaccine were not fully explored. He said such actions by the international body are not only unacceptable, but also jeopardize the safety and health of more than 5.7 billion people, including himself and his loved ones.

In addition to Pascal Najadi, Astrid Stückelberger, a scientist and writer at the Institute for Global Health, Faculty of Medicine, University of Geneva, participated in the documentary video. According to the doctor with a degree in public health, the fear of occupation by the United Nations is rightly singled out as a Geneva-Swiss syndrome that must be countered. Stückelberger is convinced that only a joint confrontation with malicious structures will make people wake up, and she and Pascal Najadi have therefore created the “We the people” movement, which aims to open people’s eyes and encourage them to fight for the restoration of Swiss neutrality.

Najadi and Stückelberger are convinced that with the joint efforts of people who care about Switzerland, they will be able to create a bright future for the next generations and make sure that harmful international institutions can never again exploit Switzerland. The snake’s tangle, according to the public figures, is in Geneva and is a direct, clear and genuine danger to the country’s population.

Rabbi Goldstein says, “We have the protection of the Bill of Rights, of a Constitution, of an independent Judiciary…” In my personal experience I did not have the protection of the Bill of Rights in my battles against the fraudulent financial system and the banksters who control it. On the contrary, the Constitution protects and enforces the fraudulent financial system and the the Constitution and National Health Act does the same for the deadly allopathic ‘healthcare’ system. The judiciary is under the control of forces and factors above it. I coined the term, ‘Epi-juristics’, to describe this evil. The courts are a sham. The truth is South Africa is a criminocracy. It is ruled by criminals and is a part of the worldwide criminocracy, the rule of the world by criminals, the very cabal rabbi Goldstein is proud of and loves so much.

What is Satanism?

It is an acronym which means, Willing and Active Participation in the Satanic System.

What is the Satanic System?

It is the Luciferian Corporate System. Virtually everything has been corporatized, including all governments, healthcare systems, including health regulatory agencies, legal systems, education systems, banking and financial systems, economic systems, agricultural systems, judicial systems, religious institutions, the media and others.

Who owns and controls the Satanic System?

The J J J Cabal aka the Z J J Cabal aka the Totalitarian Beast aka the Globalist Beast, which is the ROOT CAUSE of all the EVIL and CHAOS in the WORLD. It is a death cult of satanic humans and demons which has infiltrated and taken control of all governments, monarchies,  organizations, institutions, NGO's and other entities and is managing all corporations for their own benefit and to the detriment and destruction of humanity. Solutions

It is not only the attack on the physical bodies of the global population that has disempowered people but also the attack against every other aspect of their being. That is, it is also the attack against the psychological, social and spiritual aspects of their being that has weakened humanity. The attack is holistic. We don’t need the World Health Organization and we don’t need the immediate smashing of the WHO into a thousand pieces, as Dr. Binder says. Nor do we need to exit the WHO as some are now requesting of their governments, the very governments who are under the control of those who own and control the WHO!! The World Health Organization is an illegitimate entity run by anti-human minds. What we need to do is stop complying with evil. To stop being willing and active participants in the system conjured up by the diabolical minds running the world to disempower and destroy humanity. To stop consenting to the diabolical diktats of criminal psychopaths who have absolutely no legitimacy nor authority to dictate anything to anyone anywhere on the planet. We need to stop recognizing their criminocracy. We need to stop believing those who try to convince us that the political party system is necessary and will solve the problems of the world. It was never intended for this purpose. As Montague Norman, governor of the Bank of England from 1920 to 1944, said, “By dividing the voter through the political party system, we can get them to expend their energies in fighting for questions of no importance.” We need to immediately stop legitimizing diabolical governments and their diabolical puppet masters and build our own systems. The WHO and all globalist institutions and systems will disintegrate when the world’s population realizes that this is absolutely what is required, and then start doing it! And in order to do it we need to know…

I have been working outside of the corporate technocratic ‘healthcare’ system since leaving allopathic medicine years ago. WHO needs the WHO? I don’t. Do you?
