The Globalist Agenda for a New World Order
My research into the claimed Covid-19 pandemic after it was announced in March 2020 showed that it was not a real pandemic but a deception to usher in global technocracy and transhumanism. It was a strategic move towards global totalitarianism and the disempowerment and genocide of most of the world’s population and the complete enslavement of the survivors. A totalitarian plan to take over and control the entire world - every single country, every single nation on this planet we call earth.
The planned New World Order is a world where there is one central government, one military, one language, one religion, world taxes and so forth. It is, in essence, one global country under the control of anti-human minds. The Covid-19 Deception was a strategic move towards this dystopian New World Order. This nightmare is almost upon us as can be seen in the seemingly imminent implementation of the World Health Organization’s Pandemic Preparedness Treaty and Changes to the International Health Regulations, the Digital Identity Wallet, Digital Fingerprints, WHO Digital Covid19 Certification, IMFs Central Bank Digital Currency roll out and many other deployments. Drastic action is required to prevent this dystopian world from becoming a reality.
Failed State
In my previous article, “The Rapture is the Capture – of the mind” I briefly touched on South Africa being a failed state. I mentioned a few reasons why I hold this position, namely, the extreme levels of unemployment, crime and corruption, including white-collar crime and murder, homelessness and other socio-economic and political ills. These socio-economic ills include poverty and a long-standing and worsening health crisis.
A study entitled, “Non-Communicable Diseases – A Race Against Time” by the Burden of Disease Research Unit of the South African Medical Research Council and the Chronic Disease Initiative for Africa of the Department of Medicine, University of Cape Town, showed that, regarding chronic diseases, South Africans are unhealthier. They are fatter, less active and at greater risk than ever of chronic disease. It showed that South Africans are dying slowly of chronic disease.
However, it is not only South Africans, but the entire world population, which is getting sicker. This study, published in the journal, 'the Lancet’ on June 8th 2015, showed that the world’s population is getting sicker. It showed that people lose more years of healthy life to illness now than they did in the 1990s and that over 95 percent of the world's population has health problems, with over a third (2.3 billion) having more than 5 ailments.
With the roll out of the covid bioweapons which have been injected into more than 5 billion people, this crisis is set to explode exponentially.
But coming back to South Africa, it is interesting that the government health regulatory agency in this country states that it “promotes healthcare, determines standards of education and training, and sets and maintains standards of ethical professional practice for professions incorporated by the Health Professions Act No. 56 of 1974.”
If the Council promotes healthcare, how is it that the healthcare crisis in South Africa has worsened since 1974?’ Does this mean that what it is promoting and training and educating healthcare professionals in, is not real healthcare but something else?
Pseudo medicine (Artificial medicine)
One of the myths that generates the global health crisis (and there are many), is that western allopathic medicine is advanced medicine. This is far-removed from the truth. In fact, allopathic medicine is not even real medicine but pseudo medicine.
This website describes allopathic medicine as follows:
Allopathic medicine is the general term for what most people understand as modern, Western medicine. The allopathic medicine definition describes it as a method of treating disease with remedies (such as surgery or drugs) that produce different effects from those caused by the disease.
It takes a science-based approach to treating patients and uses conventional modern medical treatments such as surgery, medication, and therapies.
Allopathic physicians have the title of MD or medical doctor and have various responsibilities related to maintaining health, such as prevention and acute care. They can specialize in several different specialty areas and build a career in research or teaching.
Allopathic medicine is also called biomedicine, mainstream medicine, conventional medicine, and orthodox medicine.
Artificial medicine is part of the Artificial (or Synthetic) Agenda which is the overarching agenda of the New World Order.

The synthetic agenda is the over-arching agenda of the New World Order worldwide conspiracy. Think about it – so many aspects of the conspiracy are about supplanting the real with the fake, the organic with the inorganic, the carbon with the silicon and the biological with the artificial. Pseudo medicine is false medicine because:
It is not based on natural principles or natural law.
It does not seek to determine the root causes of illness and disease.
It largely treats illness and disease through suppressing symptoms with synthetic pharmaceutical drugs.
It does not meaningfully acknowledge the role of nutrition in preventing and curing disease.
It does not seem to understand the significant differences between living, raw and dead food.
It fails to largely acknowledge the mind-body connection in disease and healing.
It does not acknowledge the existence of the human bio-information energy field.
It does not take an holistic approach to healing.
Furthermore, a significant part of its treatment protocols is based on the unproven germ theory which posits that germs (largely viruses and bacteria) enter the body from the outside and cause disease. There is no evidence of this and for the transmission of germs between people. Studies attempting to prove contagion have failed. In fact, germs play a beneficial role in the body. They help the body to heal. Germ Theory is just that. A theory. People get sick not because of germs, but because of poisoning or pollution of their terrain with chemical, physical, and psychological toxins and also because of nutritional deficiencies. Terrain Theory is not a theory but the truth. Terrain Truth. This is what Germ Theory deceiver, Louis Pasteur, said on his deathbed:
‘The Germ is Nothing. The Terrain is Everything. Bechamp was Right’
Vaccines are of course based on the theory that viruses and bacteria cause disease and that protection against them is necessary. Since germs do not cause disease, it is impossible for vaccines to protect against them. The disturbing truth is that vaccines have caused untold harm and killed multitudes ever since the first of these poisons was developed and deployed by Jenner in 1796. The most recent of them, the covid-19 bioweapon injections, has killed millions and injured billions since they were rolled out in the latter half of 2020. There is no such thing as safe and effective vaccines. Instead they are major weapons in the globalist’s arsenal. It is crucial to know that vaccines are extremely harmful and deadly and, as mentioned, do not protect against disease from germs. They have in fact been developed to cause disease and death. Vaccines have contributed significantly to the global health crisis and should be avoided at all costs.
As with vaccines, many also believe that synthetic pharmaceutical drugs prevent or cure illness and disease. They do not. But they can be dangerous! They often make people sicker and even kill them! They do have their place though in trauma and emergency situations to relieve suffering and save lives if natural treatment protocols are not available. However, it is not possible for anyone suffering from a chronic illness to be cured through synthetic, allopathic means.

The Technocratic Takeover of Healthcare
“How Technocrats are Taking Over the Practice of Medicine” is a 22-page White Paper written in 2005 by Twila Brase, President of Citizen’s Council on Health Care. It states:
Evidence is said to be the new bright star of health care. A growing chorus of voices is thus calling for physicians and other health care practitioners to follow evidence-based medicine (EBM), or so-called “best practices.” To practice EBM, supporters say physicians must follow evidence-based clinical practice guidelines. Despite being painted as scientifically sound, there are more than a few detractors of EBM, including physicians, patients, and researchers. Even those who support evidence-based medicine and practice guidelines worry about how it may play out in real-life patient care. This paper will introduce the concepts, note the assertions of supporters, highlight the concerns of critics, question the emphasis on evidence and clinical guidelines for the practice of medicine, identify the costs of guidelines, and show how EBM is making its way into state and federal laws, including medical malpractice reform initiatives.
Interestingly, it was also in 2005 that I wrote a paper proposing a new model for primary healthcare in the private sector after realizing that medical administration corporations had taken control of private healthcare and both patients and doctors were at their mercy. I was not aware of the term ‘technocracy’ at that time but was certainly aware that third-party payer medical aids had taken charge of private healthcare. The paper is entitled, “A Proposal for an Advanced Direct Payment System for General Medical Practitioners” and was submitted to the medical association of which I was a member at the time. It was met with disinterest.
And also interestingly, the White Paper on National Health Insurance states:
In the next phases of implementation, private providers at the PHC level will be contracted and reimbursed through a capitation model where appropriate instead of a FFS as it is happening currently.
Mmmmm…

…the EBM initiative involves a technocratic takeover of the practice of medicine through health data collection, guideline creation, intrusive clinical surveillance, pay-for-performance strategies, and centralized medical decision-making.
EBM, which is gaining momentum across the United States, is not patient-friendly. It threatens the integrity of the patient-doctor relationship, the ability of doctors to meet professional and ethical obligations to individual patients, and the patient’s right to personal autonomy.
The public should be alarmed. Despite the positive ring of terms like “evidence-based medicine,” “best practices,” and “guidelines,” EBM is aimed at stopping the heart of health care — the compassionate, first-do-no-harm, to-my-own-patient-be-true ethics of medicine.
Fully implemented, EBM will lead to a limited list of approved health care services—“best practices”—as determined by the agendas and values of a small cadre of politically-motivated, personally-biased individuals sitting around a table making treatment decisions somewhere far from the patient’s bedside
All around the United States, the two people closest to any medical problem—the patient and the doctor—will not be involved in that treatment decision.
There is no time to waste. Americans must become involved and engaged. Without immediate and focused intervention, physicians and doctors—the trained professionals that patients trust to treat them when they are sick, injured or dying—will soon be stripped of medical decision-making authority and professional autonomy. Vulnerable patients will be left to depend on the personal whims, financial agendas, and political biases of people who do not even know their name. [emphasis added]
It could not be more clear. The ‘scientific operation’ of society seeks to be the exclusive distributor of goods and services to the entire population, and healthcare is one our most important service industries.
In the show notes of this YouTube video entitled, “The Illusion of Evidence Based Medicine: Distorted Science in the Age of Big Pharma” it states:
Financial interests distort the truths of evidence-based medicine, says Dr. Leemon B. McHenry. By revealing previously confidential documents released in litigation, Dr. McHenry exposes the role that pharmaceutical marketing has in the construction of medical literature, conference presentations and continuing medical education. The marketing spin is designed to be indistinguishable from the genuine science, he says, thus seriously misleading our medical professionals and the public.
The Militarization of Public Health
According to the CDC Foundation, “Public health is the science of protecting and improving the health of people and their communities. This work is achieved by promoting healthy lifestyles, researching disease and injury prevention, and detecting, preventing and responding to infectious diseases. Overall, public health is concerned with protecting the health of entire populations. These populations can be as small as a local neighborhood, or as big as an entire country or region of the world". We live in a world of deception and this statement is one of them.
As mentioned, it is all about totalitarian control, disempowerment and depopulation. In fact, the globalists use the healthcare systems of countries to unfold their deadly agenda. According to law researcher, paralegal, and author Katherine Watt, public health has been militarized worldwide. On January 24, 2023 she was an attendee at a press conference where the ongoing emergency use rollout of bioweapons marketed as vaccines was discussed. She outlined the historical timeline of frameworks being implemented and also described ways to avoid the Department of Defense (DOD), the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), and the United Nations World Health Organization (UN WHO) attempt to destroy the sovereignty of nations and commit mass genocide. The reality of course is that there are no completely sovereign nations anymore and the destruction of health and life through the healthcare system has been occurring for a long time. Long before the Covid-19 Deception was deployed. In fact, in the United States, the medical system is the leading cause of death and injury as evidenced by this 2003 report. It is the weaponization of healthcare, the use of the healthcare systems of countries to disempower and kill their people, which is the primary reason why I left the allopathic system years ago.
Instead of the term, “militarization of public health", I prefer the term “militarization of healthcare” since the entire healthcare system is militarized, both the public sector and the private sector.
In any case, this article published in ‘The Expose’ on February 6, 2023, “US Department of Defence has been running the “covid vaccine” fraud worldwide,” states:
[Pfizer] did not defraud the government. We delivered the fraud that the government ordered.” Sasha Latypova used these words to describe the basis on which Pfizer has requested the dismissal of a False Claims Act case brought against them for their covid “vaccines. The US Department of Defence ordered “demonstrations” from pharmaceutical companies using the same secretive framework they use to order weapons. While telling us they were pharmaceutical products, for legal reasons they described them as emergency use authorised “countermeasures.” No pharmaceutical regulation applies to countermeasures. They were claiming that they’re producing pharmaceutical products to the good manufacturing standards when they perfectly well knew, I assure you, they were all aware of this. They perfectly well knew that no pharmaceutical regulations apply to these things, countermeasures … They’re just lying to you that these are pharmaceuticals. They’re actually not,” Latypova explained.

In this episode, I sit down with former pharmaceutical executive Sasha Latypova. She emerged from retirement during the COVID-19 pandemic to become a whistleblower after she observed the government and vaccine manufacturers veering away from established clinical research and public health protocols.
“The total volume of adverse events and deaths was tens of times higher than [for] all the previous vaccine products combined,” says Latypova, referring to public data from the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System.
“We have all kinds of levels of protections—consumer protections—that should be triggered with this picture long before this extent of injury has occurred. Yet none of them were triggered,” says Latypova.
We discuss variability in different vaccine lots, and how the U.S. federal government militarized public health and weaponized gene therapy in its deployment of the COVID-19 genetic vaccine.
“The government was able to commandeer pharmaceutical companies to produce these non-compliant injectable products and distribute them,” says Latypova. “If you catch an official—a professional—lying about something straight to the public, what else are they lying about?”
Another article, “Pfizer Dox Confirm Deagel’s 2025 Depopulation Forecast Is On Target & Not Just An Estimation”, says:
A controversial forecast by Deagel, a global intelligence and consulting firm, gained attention in 2020 for its startling prediction of a significant depopulation event across the Western World by 2025. There’s now plenty of evidence that the COVID-19 “vaccines” are contributing to excess deaths, putting the Daegel report “on track” to meet its target.
As mentioned in my previous article, money is certainly a powerful mind control weapon and the role of the love of money in the global genocide agenda conducted through healthcare systems is evidenced in this video, “Countless people are murdered in hospitals – for big money. Healthcare workers, lawyers, undertakers and surviving patients testify how countless people are being murdered in hospitals, in return for big money.”
The National Health Insurance (NHI)
The South African government’s website states the following:
The National Health Insurance (NHI) is a health financing system that is designed to pool funds to provide access to quality affordable personal health services for all South Africans based on their health needs, irrespective of their socio-economic status. NHI is intended to ensure that the use of health services does not result in financial hardship for individuals and their families.
NHI seeks to realise universal health coverage for all South Africans. This means that every South African will have a right to access comprehensive healthcare services free of charge at the point of use at accredited health facilities such as clinics, hospitals and private health practitioners. This will be done using an NHI card. The services will be delivered closest to where people live or work.
NHI is being implemented in phases over a 14-year period that started in 2012. It will be established through the creation of a single fund that will buy services on behalf of the entire population, The funding for NHI will be through a combination of various mandatory pre-payment sources, primarily based on general taxes.
The National Health Insurance (NHI) Bill was approval of the by Parliament’s Portfolio Committee on Health on Tuesday, 13th June, 2023.
So, as confirmed by the government, the NHI is a healthcare financing system. Billions are of course spent on healthcare each year yet the system remains extremely dysfunctional and the health crisis continues to worsen. The public healthcare system in South Africa is severely mismanaged and inefficient and is riddled with corruption, especially in the spending of funds. In fact, Joe Phaahla, Minister of Health, admitted that this is the case. These are his words, “Many of our public health facilities could perform better if it was not for inefficiency, poor management, neglect of duty due to poor supervision, and unfortunately even outright corruption.”
But the private sector is hardly any different as evidenced by this editorial of the South African Medical Journal entitled, “The self-destructing private sector is no less a blot on our health system than the crumbling public health system.”
Critical Questions to be Considered
Does the NHI Bill seek to rectify the problems described by minister Paahla? If so, how will this be achieved? The health sector is cursed with a culture of lack of accountability and the deployment of people who lack the required skills and knowledge for the positions they hold.
As alluded to in my previous article, there are signs that South Africa has become a Criminocracy.
The mess in which the country finds itself stems primarily from the criminal, anti-human minds of the globalists who run the world and who control the minds of the politicians managing their government corporations. These globalist-controlled politicians are of course selected because of their corruptible and criminal mind sets as described in the video below.
The turmoil we are experiencing, including rampant crime and corruption, stems from a lack of holistic leadership. It is the leaders who set the culture of an organization or nation and the culture of corruption and criminality in the healthcare sector and nationally, stems from the minds of those who rule the country. Corruption is the act of corrupting or of impairing integrity, virtue, or moral principle; the state of being corrupted or debased; loss of purity or integrity; depravity; wickedness; impurity; bribery while crime is a specific act committed in violation of the law.
In reference to the infographic above under the heading, “What will happen between now and when the NHI starts”, the question is how, in light of South Africa being a Criminocracy and culturally dysfunctional country, will government properly administer the fund and provide services, refurbish clinics and hospitals, train and employ more staff, improve the quality of healthcare, implement systems to ensure that medicines do not run out of stock and ensure that maladministration and corruption is uprooted when it has been the cause of these problems? Will it be getting help from one or more of its BRICS partners perhaps?
Further questions that should be asked are:
Will the NHI purchase services from practitioners of pseudo medicine or from those of real medicine?
Will the NHI ensure that the health and wellness of an ailing nation is improved?
Will the NHI eliminate technocracy in healthcare?
Will the NHI put an end to the militarization of healthcare?
Will the NHI allow people to choose the type of healthcare they would like to receive?
Will the NHI ensure quality / holistic leadership in the healthcare sector?
The NHI is an aspect of the Globalist Agenda for a New World Order
The answers to all of the questions posed is undoubtedly, ‘No’. The Covid-19 Deception proved that virtually all governments are under the control of the same force which is unfolding the dystopian Globalist Agenda. Some of the leaders of the handful of governments that are not puppets of the globalists and refused to follow in lockstep with the majority, were killed.
The Globalist Agenda is a satanic agenda, meaning that Satan himself sits at the top of the pyramid of control overseeing matters ( it is believed by many today that Satan has now given control to Artificial Intelligence, but discussion of this matter is beyond the scope of this piece). Anyway, directly under him is the JJJ Cabal, a group of extremely evil humans and demons whose great plan is to destroy humanity. These are the globalists. This globalist cabal runs the One-world Government. During the Covid-19 Psyop this One-world Government issued its instructions from its United Nations Command Centre to its global health-controlling agency, the World Health Organization (WHO) which in turn instructed the chief scientific advisors and medical officers of its puppet governments. They in turn then issued instructions to their subservient presidents and health ministries who obeyed them and ensured globalist policies were implemented. These subservient governments include those of the BRICS nations.
Global technocracy is corporate communism on steroids and the NHI is part of the implementation of this communist agenda here in South Africa. It is the complete takeover and centralized control of the healthcare system within the country as part of the takeover and centralized control of healthcare worldwide through the WHO. Let’s have a look at some of what is stated in the White Paper on National Health Insurance:
NHI will create a unified health system by improving equity in financing, reducing fragmentation in funding pools,…
South Africans that have been registered will be issued with an NHI card linked to the Department of Home Affairs’ smart identification system. The information on the NHI card will be encrypted and will be utilized to access services at different levels of the health system.
The acronym SMART, as in smart cities, smart phones, smart meter etc. means “Specific Military Armaments in Residential Technology”. “Smart” means weaponized and for purposes of control.
The key focus of the NHI transformation is to create a single, publicly-owned and administered NHI Fund that purchases health services on behalf of the entire population from suitably accredited providers.
As we have seen, “technocracy is the scientific operation of the entire social mechanism to produce and distribute goods and services to the entire population.”
…the NDP envisions that by 2030 South Africa should have made significant strides in moving towards universal health coverage and that this will be critical to realizing the vision of a long and healthy life for South Africans.
2030 is the year by which the globalists plan to have achieved all their goals. It is the year by which the planned totalitarian New World Order is a complete reality. A new world in which 95 percent of the world’s population has been killed off (the depopulation agenda has been successful) and the survivors are complete transhuman automatons. Is the NHI a Deception?
We live in a world of deception and deception is a major strategy used by the globalists to achieve their goals. Given the goals of the Globalist Agenda, many of the claims and promises in the NHI White paper can only but be deception. As mentioned earlier, my research into the claimed Covid-19 pandemic showed that it is a deception. No one anywhere on the planet, including the president of South Africa, parliamentarians, and other relevant parties, could provide any evidence that the virus claimed to be the cause of the pandemic, exists and causes the condition, Covid-19, they claimed it causes. They could not prove their claims even in a court of law yet the case was dismissed on the basis that providing evidence for the existence of the claimed virus and it being the cause of Covid-19 is not an urgent matter! Following this diabolical ruling, I provided reasons why the matter was urgent.
Now, despite no evidence being forthcoming from the president and other respondents, draconian measures were implemented, such as lockdowns, forced wearing of facemasks, social distancing and others. Then people were told to take injections called covid vaccines despite no long-term safety data being provided and evidence clearly showing that they are not vaccines but bioweapons of mass destruction developed to track, control, render ill and kill multitudes. These measures destroyed businesses, caused a significant loss of jobs and shrunk the economy and the middle class, transferring wealth massively away from them to those implementing this diabolical plan. And the covid bioweapons did exactly what they were intended to do. They killed millions and harmed billions around the world while tracking and controlling the survivors. Tragically, the deployment of the Covid-19 Deception was a massive success for the criminal, evil minds unfolding the global disempowerment and depopulation agenda.
Let us take a look at some of the claims and promises made in the White Paper, which not only oppose the goals of the Globalist Agenda but also, given the track record and nefarious leadership of this country, who they serve and the culture they have created in their organization and the government they manage, and indeed nationally, casts serious doubt on their veracity and sincerity.
… this will be critical to realising the vision of a long and healthy life for South Africans.
Implementation of NHI will be based on the principle of the right of all citizens to have access to quality health services that are delivered equitably, affordably, efficiently, effectively and appropriately based on social solidarity and health as a public good.
…and quality improvement initiatives including addressing… leadership and corporate governance;
The CHWs will assess the health status of individuals in the households. They will also provide health promotion education,…
Contracting will be undertaken to address the health needs of the population and will be aimed not only at improving access but also at reducing the burden of disease.
Health promotion and disease prevention will form an important aspect of contributing to the reduction in the burden of disease and rising costs of health care. The NDP 2030 envisions promoting health and wellness as critical, preventing and managing diseases of lifestyle that are likely to pose a major threat over the next three decades.
Remember the government of this country once promised the people “A better life for all.” It was an empty promise.
