I've been watching the publications of Dr. Mihalcea, who is one of those disseminating that claim, and her photos and videos provide no evidence whatsoever; she has absolutely no idea what she's seeing under the microscope, and rather than admitting she doesn't know, she simply asserts that her belief of nanobots is fact.
