I do not agree with the notion that Directed Energy weapons are in use for any purpose other than crowd control, or perhaps assault on a specific target. That said: The use of HAARP, SBX radar systems, "retired" GWEN tower systems, and other such electromagnetic broadcast, are indeed in use. The electrical grid is also swamped with pulsed square wave power line emissions. All of these systems destroy life.
