The Satanic System
Below is an excerpt from the National People’s Convention video of 2013:

Despite information about this issue being available to the public for many years, there is still much confusion, denial and information deficiency regarding whether Republic of South Africa is a Sovereign State or a Corporate Entity.

Dear Liberators,
⛔️Is the RSA Registered as a Corporation in the USA? NO, however, it is the ‘Late Estate’ of HRH The UK Monarch…
For a considerable period, numerous individuals and organisations have asserted that the Republic of South Africa (RSA) is registered as a corporation in the United States of America (USA). The purported evidence supporting this assertion points to its registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under CIK# 0000932419.
To prevent further dissemination of this alleged proof suggesting affiliation with the USA, I feel compelled to clarify the accurate stance on this matter. If anyone intends to forward me this claimed proof again, it may lead to a significant loss of composure on my side. In an effort to maintain my sanity and ensure the dissemination of accurate information, I provide a clear explanation of the actual position, which can be shared with others to discourage the perpetuation of this misinformation.
In the context of the SEC, a Central Identification Key (CIK) serves the purpose of identifying individuals, companies, and countries for filing requirements rather than functioning as “registration numbers”. To illustrate, when searching on the SEC website, one may observe that various countries, such as the Peoples Republic of China, have CIK numbers. However, it is crucial to emphasise that possessing a CIK does not imply belonging to the USA. This analogy is comparable to asserting that China, India, or Russia are part of the USA, which is unequivocally untrue.
It is essential to discern the distinction between being “registered as a corporation in the USA” and being “registered as an individual or entity for filing purposes”. Without a CIK, the RSA faces limitations in conducting business in the USA. The CIK functions as a reference number rather than a conventional "registration number”.
Additionally, the correct legal position is that the RSA is akin to the “deceased estate” of the Kingdom of Britain, characterised as a “state” (analogous to a deceased monarch lying “in state”). This transition occurred when South Africa became a Republic, representing a continuation of the UK's governance in the form of an unliquidated late estate. This status persists until constitutional amendments in the Republic of South Africa would signal the conclusion of the existing “state”.
Notably, Senior Counsel (senior advocates) in South Africa continue to receive their Letters Patent from either the “HRH” king/queen or the President, who assumes the role of the late estate's executor or glorified secretary. This underscores the reason why the RSA judiciary is not a component of the “state” but tasked with overseeing the winding-up processes of the UK monarch's “late estate” on behalf of the UK monarchy. The judiciary has consistently served this purpose through the legal fraternity with its origins in that country and is in fact a foreign invasive entity.

LFN operates independently and does not engage in collaborations or partnerships. While LFN may offer support to various entities, it should not be construed as an indication of alliance or partnership. Furthermore, LFN is not affiliated with any overarching association.
God speed.

I responded to this post by quoting this website, Bulawayo News 24, which, on 16 Sep 2020, published an article entitled, ‘Republic of South Africa is a registered company in America.’ It contains a recording of an interview with Sinovuyo Mpakama from the Treasury who says that the US SEC is a government-owned regulatory body which enforces market conduct in the US financial market system and enforces financial market regulation, much like the Financial Services Board in South Africa. Republic of South Africa is registered with the US SEC. It should be noted that businesses operate in markets. The post above by the member of the Telegram group also states that, ‘Without a CIK, the RSA faces limitations in conducting business in the USA.’
The Bulawayo News 24 website states:
The Republic of South Africa is a registered company in the United States of America with SEC CIK #0000932419.
According to the Security and Exchange Commission, Republic Of South Africa is a registered with the U.S. Security and Exchange Commission . Republic Of South Africa is primarily in the business of foreign governments. For financial reporting, their fiscal year ends on December 31st. This page includes all SEC registration details as well as a list of all documents (S-1, Prospectus, Current Reports, 8-K, 10K, Annual Reports) filed by Republic Of South Africa.
The address for the company is:
EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA
3051 MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE, NW
WASHINGTON DC 20008Listen to Sinovuyo Mpakama, Director for Debt Issuance and Management at Treasury responding to reports that the Republic of South Africa is registered as a corporation with the Securities Exchange Commission in the United States.
Listen to the interview and see if you are convinced of his denial that Republic of South Africa is listed as a corporation.
Is South Africa listed as a corporation in the US?
Gugu and Sizwe speak to Sinovuyo Mpakama, Director for Debt Issuance and Management at Treasury, on reports that the Republic of South Africa is registered as a corporation with the Securities Exchange Commission in the United States.
As an analogy, doctors run medical practices as businesses and are registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) so their conduct can be regulated as healthcare professionals, but also pertaining to their business practices. These medical practices are sole proprietorships, partnerships, associations, franchises or corporate entities.
Everything is a business today. How else would a government conduct its business in a corporate marketplace, such as the selling of its treasury bonds, if it itself is not a corporation? And in whose name are its financial statements drawn up and published?
Following my response, another member of the Telegram group posted this information:
The bankers know SA is a corporation and openly speak of it as such. It's all in our faces. The cabal runs the world via the corporations
and this image with accompanying information:
It is from an article entitled, ‘Roger Jardine: “We have to fix the balance sheets of SA Inc.” says Change Starts Now presidential hopeful’ published 10 December 2023 on the website, Daily Maverick. It states:
On Sunday, businessman and activist Roger Jardine officially launched a political movement called Change Starts Now. Two days previously, Jardine sat down with Daily Maverick to outline his thinking.
Who is Roger Jardine?
Roger Jardine
Chairman - FirstRand Ltd
William Rodger "Roger" Jardine is a South African business executive, former government official and leader of the political party, Change Starts Now. At age 29, Jardine became the Director General of South Africa's Department of Arts, Culture, Science and Technology, surpassing the previous record held by Niel Barnard.
Jardine formerly served as the Chairperson of FirstRand, a financial institution, and the Centre for Development and Enterprise, a South African think tank. He stepped down from FirstRand in November 2023, and announced at the time "he wishes to explore options to best serve South Africa and this will require his full attention".
So what if Republic of South Africa is a private corporation and not a sovereign state?
Why is South Africa registered as a private corporation? | Owned by US
Point of correction in this video: Mandela signed off the land to the Globalist, Luciferian, Zio-Jesuit-Jinn Cabal
CANADA is also registered with the SEC:
https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0000230098&owner=exclude&count=40&hidefilings=0
From the entry:
"CIK#: 0000230098"
"State location: DC"
"Business Address
CANADIAN EMBASSY
501 PENNSYLVANIA AVE NW
WASHINGTON DC 20001
613-369-3646"
"(Office of International Corp Fin)"
"SIC: 8888 - FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS"
******
Re the reference to "Office of International Corp Fin":
"The Division of Corporation Finance has a separate office -- the Office of International Corporate Finance (OICF) -- that serves as the central point of contact for foreign private issuers registering with the SEC. Senior attorneys in the Office are able to help guide foreign registrants through the registration process. "
https://www.sec.gov/divisions/corpfin/internatl/issues0501.htm
SIC = "The Standard Industrial Classification Codes that appear in a company's disseminated EDGAR filings indicate the company's type of business."
https://www.sec.gov/corpfin/division-of-corporation-finance-standard-industrial-classification-sic-code-list
"The Division of Corporation Finance staff recognizes that foreign private issuers and foreign governments often face unique circumstances when accessing U.S. public markets in connection with the initial registration of their securities under the Securities Act of 1933 or the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Division has afforded to foreign private issuers and foreign governments the ability to submit to the staff registration statements and amendments on a non-public basis in connection with their first-time registration with the Commission..."

So the SEC definitely uses the words "registration" and "corporate", and it is not incorrect to say that CANADA is a business/corporation, registered with the SEC, with business address in DC.
From my recent experiences with a FOURTEEN y ear journey t hrough the South AFrican court system, all I can say is that we are NOT living in a constitutional democracy governed by the Rule of Law and the Bill of Rights. We are living in an autocratic autocricy governed by belligerent paternalism. I submitted an application to the CC based on a violation of my right to a fair hearing which occured in an arbitration hearing 2010. This case began as one of 'unfair dismissal' from the Ed. Dept. The Ed. Dept. Rep, who claimed to have all my application documents with him, but which he did not present to the hearing (i.e. he withheld them) made the claim that I was on a fixed term contract. This contract does not and never did, exist. To cut a fourteen year story short, I discovered the perjury five years later due to being sent back to arbitration after a five year procedure with the Review Labour Court. These withheld forms were handed to me \as evidence' in the second arbitration hearing 2015. My comments on this aspect of procedure was ignored by the arbitrator. While I won this case, the arbitrator failed to acknowledge statements by the Ed. Dept. witnesses that the principal of the school 'had no authority' to offer me a permanent post with the school. i.e. he made an illegal claim. According to legal procedure this constitutes a priori breach of contract. Again to cut a long story short (the second Review application was dismissed by the Labour Court (also under judicial bias!!) so I made an application to the CC based on my right to a fair hearing being violated and that while I had won an award, the arbitrator ignored salient evidence and did not go far enough to declare a breach of contract. These are all FACTS and are on record. These FACTS EVOLVED over time as more and more '\truths' emerged over time. The judges of the CC claimed that my application had 'little chance of success' and further refused appeal. The Education Department did not respond (ignored) the application and the ELRC (second respondent) abided by my application. So the CC, without any opposition to my application made a ruling that the violation of the Rule of Law was not a violation, and that there was no violation to my right for a fair hearing. What am I missing? (Please bare in mind that this is the briefest of summaries....and you just cannot make up the utter impunity of judges and advocates alike that I had to deal with)
