The obvious problem with understanding that the majority of the population are in the "stupid" category is that if stupid people are determining who's in each of the four categories then everyone at their level of stupidity would be placed in the "intelligent" category, and the "stupid" category is way underestimated. One of the key traits of stupid people that the video missed is that stupid people never admit that they're stupid, and their psyche won't allow them to even consider the possibility. They live in perpetual delusion covered by perpetual lying and blaming others for the results of their own stupidity.
The video would probably be more helpful, and more hated, if it discussed 'behavioral traits of stupid people', so people could begin to more accurately identify just how much of the population is in that category. Such as:
Voting,
Believing that government will protect its subjects,
Believing that government 'benefits' are good,
Believing in collectivism in any form,
Believing that government education or government-approved curriculum is anything other than brainwashing propaganda to produce more stupid people,
Believing that government-approved medicine will do anything other than make you weak, sick, and even more helpless and stupid,
Leaving it up to those who've been through intensive government-controlled indoctrination to tell you how your body works and what you need to do to be healthy,
Believing that highly-educated/indoctrinated stupid people could be reasoning or adhere to the scientific process,
Borrowing money from bankers, and believing that will improve your life,
Paying taxes that are enforced via force,
Watching TV,
Entertaining children, and being their peer, and sending them off to other stupid people to be programmed, and pretending that's responsible parenting.
Believing that any mainstream religion, all government-approved and populated by stupid people, will produce anything positive, ever,
Trusting any history you've ever learned,
Believing that 'normal' people are rational, good and honest,
Being dependent on technology that's completely controlled by others and believing it makes your life better...
That's just a start...
And also missing from Cippola's work is the understanding of "why?". The vast majority of stupid people are born with the latent potential to be intelligent people, so why does almost everyone follow the 'stupid' path for life? My comment is already long, so I'll stop here without answering that.

Great video and the comment by David Lamb is priceless. ;-)
